Every YearlyGifting subscription is set-and-forget: we email you a few weeks before each occasion, and a fresh arrangement goes out every year. Here's how to stay in control of it.

Track your gifting

Log in to your account with the email you used at checkout — no password needed, we'll send you a one-time code. You'll find your orders and details there.

Pick this year's arrangement

About three weeks before each occasion we email you a reminder. If you'd like to choose that year's arrangement, just reply with your pick. If you do nothing, our florists choose a beautiful seasonal arrangement in your tier — it arrives on time, every year.

Upgrade, change, or cancel

Want a bigger arrangement, a new date or address, or to stop a yearly gift? Email us and we'll take care of it within one business day:

• Upgrade or change my arrangement
• Change the date, recipient, or address
• Cancel a yearly gift

You can also simply reply to any reminder email we send. Include the recipient's name and the occasion so we can find it quickly.
